DESCRIPTION:

Set the grid density on a NURB axis.
As opposed to splines, NURB objects can have different grid
densities along their up to three dimensions.
Note, that the directions of the axes are made up by the NURB
internal parameter space and does not correlate to any volume
or global coordinate system axes.
Axis is given as an integer of [-1..dim[ where dim is the
dimension of the NURB. -1 means apply the new grid to all axes.
