DESCRIPTION:

This function path contains the functions
get/setvoxelnorm/class/depth for getting/setting volume data,
globaltolocal/localtoglobal for converting coordinate systems,
getSysID to get the system ID,
to/fromHU for converting to/from Hounsfield Units and
getturn/recordmodename to get these properties.
It also contains the function path func.eccet.meta
for access to eccet volume metadata.
