DESCRIPTION:

Eccet autodetect the directory layout automatically at startup.
Application scripts may wish to use this information to locate
helper scripts or data. The following directories are available:
- macros - the path where macro files are located.
- wizards - the path where wizard files are located.
- man - the path where manpages are located.
- config - the path where global configuration files are located.
- clut - the path where Color Look Up Tables are located.
- base - the path where the above directories are located.
- pictures - the path where pictures (see /recording) are stored.
