AngioTux

AngioTux is an experimental platform for exploring angiography data which is currently being tested.

2D-Version

For clinical use the 2D version of the program is usually appropriate. It can be used to evaluate classical angiography images as well as CT perfusion images.

3D-Version

This version is primarily used in research, e.g. for evaluating MR data as seen on the image on the right which shows the cartoid arteries of a mouse.
