Changes for Debian Etch

Support for Debian Etch

The current development version of Eccet is currently being adapted to some changes that occurred with Debian Etch:

• Anpassung an LibDCMTK-1
• Entfernen zahlloser Warnungen, die GCC-4.1 durch strengere Typprüfungen bei Strings (signed/unsigned) erzeugt.

Moreover, we implemented a considerable amount of enhancements in the meantime which have to be thoroughly tested before we can make a stable release.
